Built in 1902 at the lower stretch of the Peres Backwater of the River Körös, this steam-powered pump yard hosts an exhibition presenting the fauna and flora of the Körös Valley Nature Reserve.
Period furnishings are on view in the pump hall of this industrial heritage building while in the exhibition room stuffed animals, preserved plants, drawings and photographs aid visitors to become familiar with the flora and fauna of the area.
